Our Whiskey Barrel Aged coffee begins its journey as carefully selected specialty Arabica from the high-altitude region of Chikmagalur. Before roasting, the green coffee is rested inside freshly emptied rum barrels, allowing the beans to absorb the aromatic compounds locked within the oak.
Over time, the coffee develops a remarkable depth of character layering the sweetness of malt, vanilla, and caramelized oak onto the coffee's natural fruit and chocolate notes. The result is an immersive cup that delivers the essence of rum without any alcohol. Barrel aging influences aroma rather than overpowering the coffee itself, creating a complex and elegant drinking experience.
