RECOMMENDED BREW METHODS
Heat Water
Heat filtered water to 93°C (200°F). If you don't have a thermometer, bring water to a boil and let it rest for 30 seconds.
Grind & Prep
Grind 20g of coffee to a medium-fine consistency (like sea salt). Place filter in your dripper and rinse with hot water to remove paper taste.
Bloom
Add grounds to filter. Pour 40ml of water in a gentle spiral to saturate all grounds. Wait 30–45 seconds for the bloom — you'll see CO₂ bubbles escaping.
Pour
Pour remaining water in slow, concentric circles. Avoid pouring on the filter edges. Total pour time should be about 3 minutes. Target 300ml total.
Enjoy
Let the last drops filter through. Remove dripper, swirl your cup gently, and enjoy a clean, bright cup of coffee.
